Recruitment and Opportunities

• Postdocs: applicants should possess a PhD degree with proven experience and good publication record in CVPR/ ICML/ ICLR/ NeurIPS/ ICCV/ ECCV/ ICRA/ SIGGRAPH/ ACL/ EMNLP/ ICDM/ KDD or related conferences and journals. They should be self-motivated, able to conduct research independently, and able to work as a team with RAs and PhDs. The appointees will be able to work with Senior Scholars in Academia, and work in a strong platform with Senior Research Scientists in Industry with sufficient resources.

• PhDs: applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with experience in Computer Vision/ Machine Learning (Deep Learning)/ Artificial Intelligence/ Statistics/ Robotics/ Data Mining/ NLP or a related discipline. They should be self-motivated, good at programming (C++/Python), Mathematics, presentation and writing in English. Good publication record in CVPR/ ICML/ ICLR/ NeurIPS/ ICCV/ ECCV/ ICRA/ SIGGRAPH/ ACL/ EMNLP/ ICDM/ KDD or related conferences and journals is a plus. The appointees will be able to work closely with Senior Scholars and Research Scientists in both Academia and Industry and with sufficient computing/storage resources and visiting/exchange opportunities.

• Research Assistants (RAs), Interns and Research Scientists: I also recruit RAs, internship students and Research Scientists. Applicants should have good experience in Computer Vision/ Machine Learning (Deep Learning)/ Artificial Intelligence/ Statistics/ Robotics/ Data Mining/ NLP or a related discipline, or have good publication record in CVPR/ ICML/ ICLR/ NeurIPS/ ICCV/ ECCV/ ICRA/ SIGGRAPH/ ACL/ EMNLP/ ICDM/ KDD or related conferences and journals.
